How to order from mYar.pk ?

Ordering from mYar.pk is actually pretty easy. All you will need to do is to follow three simple steps:

1. Browse for the product you are looking for.
2. Fill the order form on the top right of each page. (An order number will be sent to you via email)
3. Our friendly customer support team will contact you for order confirmation
4. You will get the delivery of your desired product and have to pay the amount at the time of delivery

Currently, mYar.pk is exclusively an online store. This gives us the advantage of adding new merchandise to our inventory quickly and easily. You can sign up for our online newsletter so you will be able to receive the latest news and updates about mYar.pk, including any promos and sales we are offering.

As seen from the photos, all of the products we’re offering are of very good quality. We always quality check our products before placing them in our web portal. Do note, however, that there may be a slight difference between the color on-screen and the color of the actual product due to monitor quality and/or the environment lighting when the photo was taken. As such, we can only assure you that products will be at 100% similar to the photos on screen.

Our customer service policies are simple, straightforward and transparent and are drafted keeping your best interest in mind. If by any reason, you wish to part with a product you bought from mYar.pk or are unhappy with the quality of the product, you can always send it back to us for replacement with any other item. And we promise we will not quibble, argue or frame excuses. It is your right and we respect it. By doing this, we also ensure that our main motto of a memorable shopping experience remains intact; we wish to be in your good books.

Though we are always working hard to match your expectations and deliver you quality products, on time, but still, in case, you have decided that you want a replacement, we are ready to help you out. In case of the following scenarios you are liable to get a replacement without any deduction:

We have shipped a wrong product that is not matching with your order.
There is a manufacturing defect in the product ordered by you. Select your course

You have seven days (from the date you receive the parcel) to make up your mind and intimate us that you wish to exchange the product.
You can do so by dropping in an Email to sales@myar.pk or call at 0307 6861157 stating your order id
You have to send us the parcel within seven days of its receipt through courier.
Courier for sending back the product will borne by customer.

Some Do’s and Don’ts
Items must be unused and undamaged and must be in their original purchase condition.
You need to send us the following: Original Product Packaging, Manufacturer’s Containers, Documentation, Warranty Cards, Manuals, and all accessories.
All packaging, including the original manufacturer’s containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

We don’t impose a minimum order requirement. You can order as many or as few as you want.

Items are sent to customers within 2 to 3 business days after they have placed their order. If you have opted for registered mail, you can keep track of the progress of your order by using the tracking ID sent to you in your confirmation email to view the status of your purchase. Please contact our customer service team if you have any concerns about product delivery.

With Cash on Delivery option you can pay us in cash at the time of actual delivery of product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment on mYar.pk.

All items are carefully packaged at our warehouses – as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap and fragile items are safely secured with bubble wrap.
